Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Videcol, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of service

Videcol lets you create, edit, and export short-form reels and photo/video collages from media you choose on your own device.

Subscriptions & auto-renewal

• Weekly and yearly auto-renewable subscription plans are available inside the app, unlocking unlimited exports across Reels Maker, Video Collage, and Video Editor.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Apple ID → Subscriptions settings.
• A one-time Lifetime purchase is also available, granting permanent access with a single payment and no recurring charges.

Your content

You retain all rights to the photos and videos you import or create with Videcol. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to any media you use. We claim no ownership over your content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Videcol for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful purpose.

Intellectual property

The app itself — including its design, code, and templates — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app.

Disclaimer of warranties

Videcol is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms.
