By downloading or using Videcol, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Description of service
Videcol lets you create, edit, and export short-form reels and photo/video collages from media you choose on your own device.
Subscriptions & auto-renewal
- Weekly and yearly auto-renewable subscription plans are available inside the app, unlocking unlimited exports across Reels Maker, Video Collage, and Video Editor.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Apple ID → Subscriptions settings.
- A one-time Lifetime purchase is also available, granting permanent access with a single payment and no recurring charges.
Your content
You retain all rights to the photos and videos you import or create with Videcol. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to any media you use. We claim no ownership over your content.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Videcol for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful purpose.
AI-generated voices (Text to Speech)
The Text to Speech feature generates speech entirely on your device using the Supertonic 3 model by Supertone Inc., licensed under the OpenRAIL-M license. Speech created with this feature is AI-generated; if you publish or share it, you must clearly disclose that it is machine-generated. You agree not to use this feature or its output:
- in any way that violates any applicable national, federal, state, local or international law or regulation;
- to exploit, harm or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way;
- to generate or disseminate verifiably false information and/or content with the purpose of harming others;
- to generate or disseminate personal identifiable information that can be used to harm an individual;
- to generate or disseminate content in any context without expressly and intelligibly disclaiming that it is machine-generated;
- to defame, disparage or otherwise harass others;
- to impersonate or attempt to impersonate others (e.g. deepfakes) without their consent;
- for fully automated decision making that adversely impacts an individual’s legal rights or otherwise creates or modifies a binding, enforceable obligation;
- for any use intended to or which has the effect of discriminating against or harming individuals or groups based on online or offline social behavior or known or predicted personal or personality characteristics;
- to exploit any of the vulnerabilities of a specific group of persons based on their age, social, physical or mental characteristics in a manner that causes or is likely to cause physical or psychological harm;
- for any use intended to or which has the effect of discriminating against individuals or groups based on legally protected characteristics or categories;
- to provide medical advice or medical results interpretation;
- to generate or disseminate information to be used for the administration of justice, law enforcement, immigration or asylum processes, such as predicting that an individual will commit fraud or a crime.

Intellectual property
The app itself — including its design, code, and templates — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app.
Disclaimer of warranties
Videcol is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms.
