This Privacy Policy explains how Videcol (“Reels Maker”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our iOS app. We built Videcol to do as much as possible directly on your device, so there is very little information for us to collect in the first place.
Photos and videos you select are processed entirely on your device to build your reels, collages, and edited videos. We never upload your media to our servers, and we never see or store the content of your projects.
Videcol asks for “Add Photos Only” permission solely to save the video you export back into your own photo library. This permission cannot read your existing photos — it can only add new items you choose to save.
If you use the automatic caption feature, on-device speech recognition is used to turn your video's audio into text. This processing happens on your device; we do not receive or store a copy of your audio.
Subscriptions are billed and managed entirely by the Apple App Store. Payment details never reach us. We use RevenueCat to check whether your device holds an active subscription; RevenueCat assigns your device an anonymous identifier that is not linked to your name, email, or Apple ID.
The limited information above is used only to provide Videcol's core features — creating and exporting your projects — and to verify subscription entitlement. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
We rely on Apple (App Store payments, on-device frameworks) and RevenueCat (subscription status) to operate the app. Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the limited data described above.
Your projects, imported media, and exports are stored locally on your device only. You can permanently delete this data at any time from Settings → “Delete All My Data”, or by deleting the app.
Videcol is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
