These Terms of Use apply to Chaptio Learn language apps, including examples such as Learn French, Learn Turkish, and other Learn [Language] apps.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using our apps, you agree to these Terms and to applicable platform rules. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.

2. App Features

The apps provide language-learning tools such as:

• Daily plan and progress tracking.
• Word and phrase learning modules.
• Audio playback and practice tools.
• Optional premium features (when available).

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Premium access may be offered as weekly, monthly, yearly, or lifetime products (depending on availability).
• Purchases are processed by Apple App Store billing and managed via RevenueCat entitlement systems.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to Apple account settings.
• Pricing, trial availability, and products may vary by region and time.
• You can restore eligible purchases from within the app.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or misuse the app or its content.
• Use the service in a way that disrupts normal operation.
• Violate applicable laws while using the app.

5. Intellectual Property

The app software, design, and related materials are owned by Chaptio or its licensors and protected by law.

6. Service Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue app features at any time to improve quality, security, or business operations.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Chaptio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the app.
