This Privacy Policy applies to Chaptio Learn language apps, including examples such as Learn French, Learn Turkish, and other Learn [Language] apps.

1. Information We Process

• App preferences (interface language, appearance settings, reminders).
• Learning progress (daily plan status, learned words/phrases, streak and recap data).
• Premium status needed to unlock paid features.
• Basic app diagnostics and local event records used to improve reliability.

2. Where Data Is Stored

Most learning and preference data is stored locally on your device (for example in local app storage / SQLite). Some content may be downloaded from Chaptio servers to provide lessons.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

In-app subscriptions are managed through Apple and RevenueCat. Purchase-related data (such as entitlement status and transaction identifiers) may be processed by those providers to validate access to premium plans (for example weekly, monthly, yearly, or lifetime when offered).

4. Notifications

If you enable reminders, the app schedules local daily notifications on your device. You can disable reminders at any time in app settings or system settings.

5. Data Deletion

You can remove local learning data from the app using the reset/erase option in Profile. Deleting the app also removes local data stored on your device.

6. Children’s Privacy

The apps are not directed to children under the age required by your local law to consent on their own. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, please contact us.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates will be reflected by an updated effective date.
